@AmazonHelp Thanks for responding. Tried a 2nd Roku, & the frame-rate is normal. Still, I’d think that restarting the broadcast on Roku #1 would’ve created sufficient process context to perform as expected. Not sure where the problem lies, but (unfortunately) cable boxes still work. Ugh.

@NFL should contractually require @amazon to guarantee a frame-rate to broadcast games. Watching the choppy, horrible Eagles-Vikings game and gonna have to turn it off. And the funny thing is Amazon has the infrastructure with AWS to properly scale-up. Netflix works!
