Developing strong legs & powerful hip & knee extension, as well as increasing your rate of force development is important for golfers.

Right, I’ve been offered to do something later in the year. But have been told I need to look a little bit less tubby round me belly for it😂. Now I’m not one to diet as I love my grub far to much. However my mate spoke to me about intermittent fasting so I can still go Dinos cafe in the morning. So I only eat food between the hours 5am - 3pm then don’t eat after that. I’ve never done it before, or ever properly done a diet. I’ll still work out in my gym, Bosh Gym the same. But just means no more night time cornettos or cheeky Donna kebabs on way home from work. 😂😂 Has anyone done it before and was it good results? Let me know. Bosh❤️
