@Qantas @JetstarAirways absolutely appalling (non) service from you. You cancel our flight and then refuse to assist. Does being a Gold member mean anything? Worst of all, your agent was trying to convince me that the flight wasn't cancelled???

Dear @Qantas, it is simply unacceptable that I'm still waiting for the refund for a flight that was cancelled in December. Excuse that you are experiencing large volume isn't good enough. @VirginAustralia refunded their flights within days!

@garminau @Garmin My vivoactive 4 has a really poor battery life. It’s only few months old, and I’ve tried resetting it, turning spo2 off etc, without any success. Any recommendations?

@Gootickets seriously, you guys are the most incompetent organisation. Firstly you say that refund from Canadian grand prix will happen in August, then November and now by the end of the year. You just didn't say which year. Never again you'll get my business

Thanks for the offer but I have already dealt with excessive charges and they have been refunded. I am more interested in whether you will help credit my points to your partners. Making promises and not delivering has lost you a Five Star customer

@Hertz great initiative. Does it also include experiences such as being overcharged for fuel when car is returned with full tank, not crediting @Marriott points or @united miles, and having reservation cancelled without notice, as it happened to me. Not #1Hertz

A word of warning for anyone booking @Hertz car rental through @united. Not only will @Hertz not deposit your normal 500 (let alone bonus 1,500) @united miles, but they will also cancel your other booking when you complain. Customer service fail!

So it seems that I have been doing all this loyalty thing wrong. I'm only silver with @MarriottBonvoy And was treated better at my recent stay at @MarriottSurfers than with other hotels where I'm gold and platinum. Change is coming!
