@TUIUK @timrutter Disappointing response from @TUIUK . You take more money off those prepared to pay more to select seats in advance but you’re not allowing preferred choice of seats!! Perhaps you should adopt the same policy as easyJet and allow those who pay extra to choose ANY preferred seat.

@timrutter We can only apologise that you remain unhappy with our seating policy Tim. Unfortunately this decision cannot be changed as we must remain fair and consistent to all passengers ^Emma

So @TUIUK ask you to pay to specify seats but then don’t let you choose aisle and middle, using the excuse that it might limit options for others who might want to sit as a group. This in spite of the fact that 50% of their passengers don’t pre-select seats…#utterlyridiculous 🤬
