Please boost this. I have basically zero following. When are we going to talk about home prices? Young Americans are being outcompeted by corporations for houses. It’s driving up the cost of single family homes and making the dream of a family home unachievable for many. Start with making it illegal for foreign companies to buy up American properties. Especially single family homes. I also think there should be a cap to the amount of houses corporations can own as rentals.
