4 WEEKS TO GOOOO!!! Another smooth day at the gym. Boxing workout completed & a good stretch session by my Nutrition coach Sydney Heading out to eat lunch & then it’s my compression boots massage session followed by my Ice Plunge/Sauna therapy session. Saturday after my 6am beach run I Get a full body massage! Man it pays to be rich 🤣 You can schedule all the good stuff. My Nutrition coach is wicked she’s now my assistant 😝

@wil_da_beast630 There is a book on this topic by Randall L. Kennedy. It’s the one word in U.S. history that has been used successfully in court as a mitigating circumstance in a murder case.

My honest take is that Black defendants are obviously starting to use false racial claims in a ton of cases. I've seen a ton of mutual fault fights involving a diverse range of guys...and I've never once - since high school - seen a man just start randomly screaming about "NIGGERS!!!" Apparently, it happens every second time. Even if so, of course, that's not a murder defense.

The problem with the idea that natural processes could not have produced something as complex as the Universe, in one idiot-simple sentence, is that Intelligent Design requires a God or Creator more complex than the Universe. Where She from?

@BFichter @TheAtlantic @conor64 Historically they haven’t, but many began breaking with tradition under pressure from students. For example, following the murder of George Floyd many issued statements. I think there is now a move to establish the tradition of neutrality.
