Tesla's Full Self-Driving (FSD) is currently ~9x safer than the average human driver Because of this massive safety advantage, auto insurance providers like Lemonade are now offering Tesla owners up to a 50% discount on their per-mile premiums when FSD is engaged Choosing Tesla FSD driving is not just safer, but it also directly saves you money

@hillery_dan Isn’t this the only way to look at it? What’s the point of selling MSTR if the balance sheet growing rapidly on its own due to NGU?

This is an interesting way to look at it. The expansion of the collateral providing room for continued issuance of STRC will be a very interesting event and I think we will see crazy behavior in the next bull run.

I think when Bitcoin starts going up, @Saylor will keep issuing $STRC to buy more BTC But he will no longer have to sell $MSTR equity to keep amplification at 30-40% because the denominator is going up Amplification = (debt + pref)/(Bitcoin holdings) If MSTR sells shares of STRC: Debt won't go up Pref goes up Bitcoin holdings also goes up But the current stack grows massively as the price rises (762,000 BTC stack means the stack grows $762M for every $1,000 BTC goes up) So if MSTR wants to keep its amplification at 30%, every $1,000 increase in Bitcoin's price means they can issue 229M of STRC without issuing more shares of MSTR Am I thinking of this in the right way?

@Rajatsoni @saylor Selling MSTR is extrinsic balance sheet growth Bitcoin NGU is intrinsic growth We haven’t experience pref model in the intrinsic growth era. Yet.

@TheBourbonDr Both the high rye and double oak are excellent bottles. Decent price. Not a steal but not much of a markup. Keep an eye out for their rye products as well. It’s a great distillery to visit in Louisville as well. 10/10 experience

What I love about PARADISE is that it's a creatively malleable series that can - and often does - do whatever the hell it wants to do. Twists on top of twists that shift the genre completely several times over. If you haven't started, read nothing & dive in. You will be hooked.

GOGGLE CRACKED BITCOIN! Nope. Google Quantum AI just published a new paper showing ECC-256 (Bitcoin’s curve) could theoretically be cracked with <500k physical qubits. Not a big deal for Bitcoin. - Still pure theory. No one has hundreds of thousands of error-corrected qubits. - Most BTC sits in addresses where the public key is never exposed until you spend (don’t reuse addresses). - Bitcoin can soft-fork to quantum-resistant signatures years before any real threat arrives. HODL calmly. We’ve got time. Paper here: quantumai.google/static/site-as…

While STRC.live is an amazing tool, it’s not perfect model of management teams decisions They do sometimes take a pause for Q end but I think that traditionally would be this current week, not last week. Possibility we have 2 Mondays in a row with no buys. If they do a small buy this week I expect only what they can raise today and tomorrow to keep accounting clean

Rich Lassiter, MD 🟠 ₿itcoin
Last week we saw a disciplined purchase by MSTR of 'only' 1,031 ₿ (I applaud this, see below). Today we didn't get a purchase announcement. However, STRC.Live math suggested they purchased around 109 ₿. This is the first week that there wasn't a purchase announcement since early Oct 2025. I had gotten so used to the weekly buys that I 'expected' one. I personally don't think that 109 (or less) is too little to announce. Meanwhile, don't sleep on STRK. It currently has a higher yield (11.69%) than STRC (11.5%).

@scottmelker From your newsletter today-- This week's MSTR buy was not disappointing, it was disciplined. This is actually 'GOOD' news for the MSTR shareholder, not 'Bad.' To accumulate ₿itcoin Per Share for the MSTR common, the company needs to sell the preferred stocks OR sell the common >mNAV. This past week, post STRC record date, the preferred equity has been trading <$100, so the company didn't sell any more. And for the last week, the common stock (MSTR) was only trading above mNAV briefly, so they were only able to sell a small amount that resulted in accretion of ₿PS. This week-over-week activity netted 2 sats per share more than the prior week. Not much, but also not negative. ₿PS NGU is the path to success, otherwise, the investor should just buy ₿. Patience and disciplined buys are the way forward.🫡
