@GMB I had a member of staff enter my @TravelodgeUK room in the middle of the night when I was asleep in December last year! As a lone female, this was very frightening! Not sure which industry security guidelines were in use at that point.

@sainsburys 2nd Sainsbury’s order cancelled in three days, money taken, no communication or refund! Understand the weather situation however why keep taking money and orders when you can’t fulfil? currently unable to go out due to son having surgery so delivery was important

@OntheBeachUK looking at having to change a passenger due to them needing urgent surgery, however during chat quoted £45, £75 however on processing through new quote £195 this seems excessive to change a passenger in this situation, may need to cancel whole booking instead

Ended up on @nationalexpress to Newcastle my tickets says LNER and connections can I go on both LNER and transpennine as that’s my connection post York and some LNER from Newcastle are being cancelled

Complete chaos at Edinburgh @LNER cancelled @CrossCountryUK running, ticket for @CrossCountryUK but can’t get on as letting LNER passengers on! No organisation

@EE really poor service would like to change from monthly to sim only, prices increased overnight, four hours onto customer service team and pressurised into trying to change broadband without being able to check current provision. No sim only available! Loyal @bt_uk and @EE
