Ok here is my take for a new @Rangers “State Connect” jersey, which avoids having to tie the DFW cities together lol.
I used the same 80s gray jersey from the new City Connects as the base inspiration, as well as the Nationals previous cherry blossom jerseys.
State elements include the state flower (bluebonnet), the star and cannon from the “Come and Take It” flag on the sleeve, and the “de Zavala” flag design for the center of the hat.
I also made a white and powder blue top, which in this alternate reality allows the club to bring back the red jerseys for Sundays lol.

If someone claims to be a fan of a university, you’d think they know the branding and logos that the university uses. And the fan certainly would never accuse another school of stealing or utilizing a logo. Nevertheless, that's exactly what Texas fans do.

I'm seeing more and investors selling houses as I travel across the U.S. Housing Market.
This one is located south of Atlanta.
Corporate investor bought it for $226k in 2021.
Tried renting it around $2,000 in 2022.
And is now selling at $255k this year. Interestingly - the monthly mortgage payment to buy today is 20% lower than the rent four years ago.
Which shows housing deflation in the area.
However - the current list is still 12% above the 2021 sale price.

Yes, Levi Trumbull filed a notice of intent to sue the Frederick County Sheriff's Office (and Deputy Roush) for $1M in damages for wrongful arrest and civil rights violations.
This is the required pre-suit notice under Maryland law for claims against local gov entities. As of now (Feb 2026), no formal civil complaint has been filed in court.

Lemme tell you about my family
My wife and I are both college educated. We work full time in professional careers. I came into the marriage with a house, so now we own a house. Two cars. Two cats! We have all the ingredients to start a family. The only issue: The world that kid will grow up in.
- no playgrounds anywhere
- high infant mortality rates
- constant pollution
- expensive daycare, if we can even find it
- expensive insurance
- my wife could be sent to jail if she miscarries??? Fuck no
- no help from my federal government
- having to teach them that pedophiles run the world
The benefits simply do not outweigh the cost and I know thousands of other people just like us are thinking the same thing.
You want more kids? Roll up your sleeves - we have work to do.
