Dear @SW_Help. Used to be 6 trains per hour Staines to London. Today not one for almost an hour- the result, standing room only. Train too full for passengers to board, staff having to apologise. In what world is a near 600% reduction in the regular service a ‘minor change’ ?

Fourth attempt to book tickets @Everymancinema - tried on two laptops, an iPad and a phone. Each time you debit more money from my account, but never issue the tickets. Apparently you don’t do customer service on a Sunday, but sadly your customers still want to trade #Fail

Had to buy and download a VPN to get the App you have chosen to use to work, this morning it’s taken me multiple attempts to get it to work, likely resulting in me getting a ticket (and no reply from you to my messages). Really disappointing

Dear @SpelthorneBC. Yesterday I parked in your Kingston Road Car Park travelling on a work trip. Trying to pay for my parking via your RingGo App for today - but as I am overseas now, the App won’t let me pay you. What would you like me to do ?

@UNDERCOVER_JM @RingGo_parking Spoke to @RingGo_parking - apparently this isn’t “their problem”. Despite having wrong info on their app. The wrong duration limits AND blocking access to the app from overseas. Not their issue. They are literally an app for travelling, but not if you leave the country #Fail

To add context, I have literally NEVER since 2016 had a Tesla Supercharger ‘not work’. Why the charging network for non-Tesla owners is so shocking is beyond me, it’s almost like there a reason “British Petroleum” aka BP might not want EV experiences to be good 🤔

It amazes me anyone keeps an EV in the UK that isn’t a Tesla. Have had to try to use the ‘non-Tesla’ charging network this weekend. Picked a hotel with a charger, but @bppulseuk charger keeps crashing. Been on hold 10 mins to support and no answer. Great job BP !

On my way to Dublin. A Fun fact. Only one stand at Heathrow Terminal 5A gates takes long haul planes, gate 18. Why ? It was the gate designed to have direct lounge access onto the jet bridge for @British_Airways Concorde, which was still flying when the Terminal was designed !

I love how @British_Airways “Group 0” Boarding policy ensures I get to maximise my time stood in a queue on a jet bridge. Iit turns out starting “boarding” on time is what matters, not actually boarding anyone. Wrong KPIs folks ! My arrival not departure time matters.

When the pilot says the repaired engine is all fixed and should work, but you get the feeling the engineer who worked on it now sat in his van isn’t quite convinced 😂
