@Enterprise My confirmed reservation (#2101935719, Valencia Train Station, Spain) was cancelled the night before pickup with zero alternatives offered. I had to rent elsewhere at double the price. Customer service only apologized. Still waiting for an answer. This is not okay

Literally had my transmission failing on my last rental in Atlanta with @Enterprise and went to the nearest location as customer service told me to. Then was told, "Sorry, we don't have any rentals in that class (seats 5) right now, so you can drive to a different location (rural Georgia) and turn your car in." Leaving me with no car hundreds of miles from home. I said, "Are you sure there isn't another option?" And the rental lady said, "Just drive it. If it blows up, it's not your fault." So we did, with a sharp third gear shift and bad smell for 7 days. Finally we returned the car as planned, 1,500 miles later, and the guy said, "hrmmm another one." Like wtf bro I tried to save you guys. 😂😂😂😂

@Enterprise @enterprisecares Dear Enterprise Team, I wanted to take a moment to share some very positive feedback about one of your employees. I’ve been dealing with a challenging insurance claim through Farm Bureau ( @mifarmbureauins ) after my parked car was hit. Yesterday, I ran into difficulties with the assigned adjuster, which left me frustrated. This morning when I called the Granite Falls Enterprise location, I was not at my best — I was not the most polite caller. However, your employee Bryson was outstanding. He remained incredibly polite, patient, and understanding despite my tone. He clearly explained all the information I needed, including when he could and could not provide a vehicle that would comfortably fit me (as I am a bigger person). He even informed me about the vehicle class Farm Bureau had authorized — which would not have worked — and advised me exactly what to tell them to get it upgraded. His guidance worked perfectly. Even though I wasn’t the nicest person this morning, Bryson responded with nothing but professionalism, respect, and kindness. That level of service is rare these days, and it truly stood out to me. Please make sure Bryson is recognized for going above and beyond. Thank you so much for having such an awesome employee on your team.

@Enterprise why do I book a vehicle have payment taken to be ring and say they having to source vehicle to the site I chose. 16.57 had to call as no communication to be told now no car and 7 working days for refund . Shocking customer service

@Enterprise watch enterprise if you get a Hire car through the @TheAA_UK as they have taken £500.00 without my knowledge. Bearing in mind the car was collected at 22:30 and wasn’t asked to sign anything on collection. Absolute joke had to email the Chief Exec for explanation

Rented a Toyota Tacoma or similar vehicle from @Enterprise and got a Ford Maverick. These aren’t “similar” a Ranger is similar. I’ll know better next time.
