Not really. Politics want power. For that they need votes. In the us, the easiest way to get votes on the left is to print money and give it to non residents and make them residents. This only enriches those in power.

U.S. intelligence officials say Iran retains significantly more military capability than publicly acknowledged by the White House and Pentagon.
According to sources, roughly half of Iran’s ballistic missiles, much of its IRGC naval forces, and about two-thirds of its air force remain operational despite recent U.S.-Israeli strikes.
While Washington claims Iran’s forces have been “decimated,” intelligence assessments say Iran still has the ability to threaten regional shipping, including in the Strait of Hormuz, and retain thousands of missiles and drones.
Officials also note that Iran’s IRGC naval units, designed for asymmetric warfare, remain largely intact and continue to disrupt maritime traffic.

No its not. How do we trust you. Put your money behind your opinions. A proper way to say this would then be, I think its likely to under preform in the short term, but I am not sure, it could go way higher, and because I want to buy lower I will tell everyone it will underperform without actually shorting it because hopefully they sell and then I can buy more.

If you have ever dealt with legitimate obesity (not just a pesky few pounds), you would understand that effective treatment = freedom. Truly. Freedom from the all consuming, ever in front of you reality that no matter how hard you work, the weight will find a way back.
White knuckles release. The chain to the scale is broken. The prison door your to an overweight body that once held you captive is finally opened. Why would someone want to give that up?

The Security Council acted with input from law enforcement as to the exploiter’s identity, and, at all times, weighed its commitment to the security and integrity of the Arbitrum community without impacting any Arbitrum users or applications. After significant technical diligence and deliberation, the Security Council identified and executed a technical approach to move funds to safety without affecting any other chain state or Arbitrum users. As of April 20 11:26pm ET the funds have been successfully transferred to an intermediary frozen wallet. They are no longer accessible to the address that originally held the funds, and can only be moved by further action by Arbitrum governance, which will be coordinated with relevant parties.
