In March I asked the last Government to restore funding to @UNRWA as other nations started to fund them again. Today 2 weeks into this Labour Government @DavidLammy stepped up and did the right thing for millions of Gazans in severe need. This is the difference Labour makes.

Great to see these results from the extra funding that myself and other councillors from the Outer West agreed for additional patrols. Residents right across the area bring up concerns about road safety, and this extra funding helps ensure the police are able to prioritise it.

It was great to join friends from across the city this weekend for the Leeds Labour Campaign Launch. Some really inspiring speeches from MP’s, The Mayor, Councillors and Candidates. A group of people dedicated to service and getting the best for our communities.

Pudsey beck flood alleviation scheme will include a series of ponds being created at the bottom of Post Hill. Wildlife diversity will be increased unfortunately a large number of trees will need to be removed, though many will be replaced.
