@hmilowicz_ That's what I get on my hands, it sucks so much! You're probably a good candidate for low nickel, esp because you've been eating beans and oats daily, like I was doing. I'm on day 18 and the spread of the blisters has reduced by about 80%.

I used sodium citrate at first but after about 6 months I started getting stomach pains. Supplemental citrate is simply too tough on the gastrointestinal system. I then tried bicarbonate and haven’t had any issues in over 2 years. Once I learned that the decrease in stomach acid with bicarbonate rebounds back to normal within about 30 minutes I no longer feared it (and the fact that fresh animals contain bicarbonate in the meat/blood). @Jessecology @MicroBerto With a clear parameter of low nickel (and it's actually working to clear up my eczema) I'm not stressing over little things that *might* make it flare up…so have actually had more variety in my diet in a way. Also sticking to low vA too but slightly less strict about it

2 weeks on low nickel protocol: not perfect, BUT it usually takes a minimum of 4 weeks to see improvement, and the progress is already beyond my wildest dreams while also eating gluten 2x a day

Both human metabolic ward studies and animal studies show that carnivore diets or high animal protein diets lead to negative calcium balance. If a diet can’t even keep you in positive balance for an essential nutrient (calcium) how is it okay to recommend said diet for a prolonged period of time?

I take 3 Bicarb capsules with each animal based meal from here us.fullscript.com/protocols/ddin… This dramatically reduces how much calcium I need to ingest by around 300 mg per day to remain in positive balance! Then I eat a little dairy and eggs which gives me additional calcium on top of the meat to stay in positive calcium balance.
