@airindia Wrong reply. The meals were actually booked and are clearly mentioned in the ticket itself. Even your own cabin crew confirmed admitted that the catering person has not provided thev same. Please have some courtesy to accept your mistake.

@UPI_NPCI NPCI UPI is Going to loose shine in view of non redressal of complaints. Rs 1213 was debited from my account on 01.07.23, the beneficiary Bank is saying the txn was successful against delivery of goods, the merchant is repudiating for payment. Where the money has gone??
