I didn't realize that the real magic of Arch is the AUR. I've not yet manage to find a single package I wanted that isn't available and up to date. Even commercial stuff, like Zoom. Absolute treasure. aur.archlinux.org

@rpg_haven @antonosika Agreed. Em dashes are as simple as `Alt -` on macOS or typing two `-` on iOS. I use them frequently because they look better than `--`. It seems clear that most people must not, otherwise this flawed “Aha! ChatGPT!” litmus test would not have surfaced.

@antonosika What's with the aversion to em dashes? Did she not learn how to use them and has an irrational fear of them now? I use them all the time in my writing—they're convenient and distinct from the meaning of a colon or semicolon
