@Helios_Movement like literally one email about adhd gave me more insight into adhd than what they teach in a top med school. or the practical advice/philosophy (eg „higher test >> 10 philosophy books“). or even book recommendations. everything has so much value and impact its insane.

@Helios_Movement Nuke it. your emails are goated btw. you have a very original writing style, and one can feel your autistic passion. I bought some programs but didn't manage to work through because of adhd (lazy) or whatever. but I almost felt obliged to pay you for the free value you provided.

"Back in the old days, before i formed my first coaching program, i mentored several people, some of whom are quite prosperous to this day as a result of what i taught them. These men told me how wonderful i was and how i taught them MORE useful information than anyone else for free. But when i transitioned from free coach to paid coach these people quickly disappeared. They spent 5K for someone else's seminar and came back to tell me how i taught them more useful stuff for free and when i asked them if they would like to hire me one of them said out loud: "WHY would i pay for your coaching when up until now you've coached me FOR FREE"". -Matt Furey Now you should go read whatever Matt has written but here are the points that i am trying to make: A) I have finally deleted the most valuable of my articles, posts and threads so freebies like the ones in the picture can just go pay other people THOUSANDS of dollars for the same shit now. What, if the same highly technical content was on YouTube for free, you would not bust my balls. Trust me. B) The health content on Twitter has transitioned heavily to retarded shit because most people's followers are retarded 20 year old and they can only sell them Adderall and xanax (most biohackers simply affiliate for meds). Very few can sell coaching these days. Modafinil, peptides etc are way easier to sell.

Once my archive is done loading, i am deleting everything. Notes: *If you are a customer of any product, you will obviously still have access to it and any bonus, such as email support or if you won one of the calls i did, you will still obviously have access to it for the length of 4 weeks. These will still even be updated for the love of the game. **I can't do socials (which requires reading long papers, replying to people a day for free, editing, creating emails, articles, posts, reading more, creating new programs, answering to emails, answering to DMs, comments etc) and have a demanding 10-hour/day job. I did for years but it has taken a huge toll on my body and mind. ***Hopefully i am not a fool and decide to return too soon out of naivety. ****This is a long shot but if i'm wrong and you work on any program that can automate a LOT of what i do, contact me. Or hey, if you are an offer guy but i am not aware of your services and can fix this mess, send me a DM. Godspeed to my mutuals. I will keep in touch. -George

@LandsharkRides Time flies. Landshark is a real doctor now. As I’m just barely making my way through medical school, I can’t use him as a role model anymore. Congrats on your medical degree and your successful start. Which path are you taking? Internal medicine or surgery?

@teortaxesTex this whole pahlavi clown show has completely & permanently wiped out any remaining sympathy for any „monarchy“. a cia-backed azerbaijani turk 20th century „dynasty“ are supposed to be the “kings” of the „2600yrs old Iranian empire“? really? zelensky of course is the cherry on top

Pahlavis today, Romanovs tomorrow. Aisin-Gioro next? Maybe "reinstating monarchy" is a valid regime change tactic
Volodymyr Zelenskyy / Володимир Зеленський@ZelenskyyUa

I met in Paris with the exiled Crown Prince of Iran, @PahlaviReza. We discussed in detail the situation in Iran and the region, as well as the U.S. operation against the terrorist regime. The Crown Prince and his team briefed me on signals they are receiving from inside the country. The regime’s hierarchy has indeed already suffered significant losses, and it is crucial that the Iranian regime gains nothing from this and that the people of Iran have greater protection for their lives and more opportunities to determine their own fate. We spoke about how international pressure and joint efforts could help achieve this. Ukraine truly wants to see a free Iran that will not cooperate with Russia or destabilize the Middle East, Europe, and the world. I am grateful to the Crown Prince for his clear assurances of support for Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. Our teams will remain in communication.

They removed my favorite statue, Doryphoros, from the archaeological collection in my city. Symbolic. When I was in the military, I visited him a few times, reflected on things and read the Ephebic Oath; I had hung it on the inside of my locker too, so I could read it at night.

@aestheticprimal The more you smoke the greater the chance that you‘re mentally ill, just the way it is. Anyway, population averages don’t have to apply to individuals (myself).

@supplementmaxer How much do you take? 25mg? 50? I have a friend who has a prescription and I want to try it this week. For social settings because alcohol is so pointless for me nowadays Whats also crazy is that people are on pregabalin indefinitely

pregabalin (i wouldn’t suggest unless you have extreme will power even if you do still don’t take it if you don’t need to) is probably one of my favourite compounds it’s everything alcohol should’ve been, the risk though is actual dependency so i make sure not to take it more than twice a week

I was in Mykonos for a few days in 2023, and seeing a few Iranian girls partying there evoked more sympathy for their nation than a lifetime of U.S. propaganda could ever counter.

You find yourself sitting on a park bench in heavy rain in the dark. You look up to the black sky, cry aloud to God, losing tears. An alley illuminated by two street lights appears to you across the river, it leads directly to the chapel where you pray sometimes. God has His ways

Adderall is a sledgehammer. Bromantane is a scalpel. Adderall floods your brain with dopamine indiscriminately. Bromantane releases more dopamine only in triggered neurons . Russians figured this out decades ago. Based pharmacology. Ever try it?

@aestheticprimal @incandescent77 I took Cyproheptadine a few days ago when I couldn‘t sleep after taking Armodafinil. I felt no difference in sleep latency after taking Cyproheptadine but the antihistaminergic and antiserotinergic effects were the same in the morning. Orexin did its job even without 5HT & His.

@incandescent77 Modafinil its wakefulness promoting effects mainly come from activation of Histaminergic neurons Cyproheptadine its main role is being an anti-Histamine both cancel each other out pretty much

Cyproheptadine literally interacts with Histaminergic, Cholinergic, Dopaminergic, Adrenergic, Imidazole systems and other obscure pathways. It's more than just a simple 'anti-serotonergic agent', it's actually more of an anti-histamine even. (this is where the drowsiness and 'cypro coma' comes from)

You really don’t realize how much of your behavior is driven by serotonin until you take cyproheptadine

@Quan2m2 The monoamine hypothesis of depression is not true. Depression is not caused by a lack of serotonin. This has been thoroughly studied. The antidepressive effect of SSRIs comes probably from an increased gene expression of growth factors: brain derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF).

@Know_Yourself_H Exactly. By calling it stress hormone, it makes people think „oh I‘m so stressed, it‘s because my cortisol is so high“ when it’s the exact opposite. The body is stressed, so cortisol rises in order to help. When you stop producing cortisol, you don’t become relaxed but fatigued

Dr Peat liked to play around with words a bit to get people thinking. It's anti-stress because it saves you from dying of the stress of low blood sugar while you run from the tiger.
