The point is that there is a difference between causing a fatal car accident, vs getting a weapon and intentionally murdering someone.

why are the Anglosphere so bad at prosecuting fatal traffic offences? every week there's a story about someone committing vehicular homicide and getting a laughable non-sentence. 5 years is one of the longer sentences; sometimes they only get probation!

Years ago, CJNG captured a police officer and his young son. They decapitated the father in front of the boy.
