@YourGuinness Even when franking is used, the cost remains high — the time & effort required for delivery. These expenses are ultimately covered by tenants through our service charges. In effect, money that could be better spent on improving services but is being wasted on postage 2/2
@YourGuinness I'm concerned by the amount of letters tenants received via Royal Mail from You. I know its important to keep tenants informed, but there is a more efficient & environmentally friendly ways to communicate. Email or get the caretaker to hand deliver the letters 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam Tried to contact Now to no avail, chatbot can’t help, no phone number/support & when I click on contact us on the webpage, I get this ‘NOW Powered by Sky broadband. Our advisors won't be able to help you - you'll need to head to the Sky website. I’m just going round in circles!
@SkyHelpTeam I just tried to sign up for Now broadband at £23 per month, once i inputted all my details it has gone up to £43 per month for 67mbps. I left Sky in July 2024, so I’m hardly a current customer. Why such a big increase?
