@Lowes ordered items on March 8th paid and still have not received them. Keep trying to call store but automated system keeps me on hold for over 30 minutes. Lowes must do better, will be taking my business somewhere else.

@lowes this will be the last special order I make with your company. There is no way to track the order. Your offshore 800 Customer Service Team can’t track the order because it was sent by Manufacturer. Basically, we will call you when it gets here! Lowes has provided nothing!

Lowes customer service is the worst I’ve experienced in some time. Ordered 3 items and one was broken. @Lowes won’t let me return online, I can only drive 45 minutes to do it in person. Last time I order from them.

Dear @Lowes Out of stock isn’t greater than not physically in the store. Not physically in the store isn’t greater than out of stock. They’re both equal, because you don’t have any in the current location. So why not be clear about this instead of letting me place an order??

So angry about today’s service from the Avon IN @Lowes. My daughter bought new kitchen appliances, sat home all day waiting for delivery, and the delivery men refused to hook up her refrigerator ice maker. All the @Lowes people she has dealt with have been rude as hell to boot.
