Lowes customer service is the worst I’ve experienced in some time. Ordered 3 items and one was broken. @Lowes won’t let me return online, I can only drive 45 minutes to do it in person. Last time I order from them.

Hey @Delta @DeltaCustAsst it would have been nice if you didn’t separate my wife and I on both legs of our trip and then put is in a seat with a food tray held up by tape. As a bonus the last leg was without a working entertainment console. Disappointing.

Hey @BestBuy @BestBuySupport You delivered and installed a new Fridge and didn’t know how to hook the water up correctly. Literally thousands of dollars worth of damage! Carpets, floors and walls all need to be replaced. Time for a name change.

Hey @UCLAHealth Your mistakes may kill my wife whois less than 5 years out from Breast Cancer and the surgery/chemo that came with it. Today we were told the MRI we did for a spot that was found was the wrong area. 3 months later AND charging us for the 2nd one-you are evil
