Was looking forward to using my Christmas break wisely by completing the @LEGO_Group ultimate Millennium Falcon but have been thwarted by a missing piece 😢 I’ve ordered a replacement but the 9 working day delivery time means I’ll be back to work by the time it arrives. Damn.

@premierinn Someone replied yesterday and asked me to send a DM but still no help with my issue. Please can someone assist? I have tried calling both the hotel and groups line this morning with no joy.

@premierinn Hi. I made a group booking that was due for payment on 23 May. The conf. says to call the hotel directly to pay. They tell me I need to speak to groups, who tell me i need to speak to the hotel. Please can someone help me??? Worried the bkg will cancel due no payment.

@premierinn I have a group bkg held until the end of 1/4 but your offices are shut. Guess this is due to the bank holidays, but why say its held til 1/4 if there is no way of being able to confirm it. I am now going to lose the bkg because you don’t put clear info on your emails

@Buzz_Bingo someone has accessed my daughters account and helped themselves to over £600 of her money. Your staff can’t decide whether this happened in your Dover branch or online and are being about as much help as a chocolate teapot. Someone needs to take this seriously please!
