Skirt steak has gotten way more popular in recent years, but still underrated imo. Marinated this in gochujang, soy, lime, honey, garlic, ginger. Couple minutes on high heat each side, good to go. Made some black bean broccoli with it.

I am not necessarily a believer in demonic possession.

Many of my divorce clients think divorce court is like a movie Once I explain how it works, the ones “ready to stick it to them” look deflated “I just sit there and say nothing?” “Yes. This is what happens when we build a stadium district around parking lots instead of building a destination. If only there were bars, restaurants, entertainment venues, or just a meaningful public space around NRG where people could spend an hour or two after a match/games/concert/the Rodeo instead of standing in crowd for one or two trains.
