@TrooliFibre It would be great if you could actually use the WiFi constantly instead I have to turn it off on my phone and use my data. I’ve put a complaint in but heard nothing at all. I’ve been fighting to get an actual proper constant service for over 6/7 months now😡

They contacted the store for me 🤷🏼‍♀️as store wouldn’t answer me. Store then called to say refund had been issued but I was unaware 😡 Good luck

Nobody including the branch, customer services (if they exist), the fitters or anybody, has responded, or made any contact. Unbelievably bad. #carpetright
