@LiquidWeb This is a joke. My LW host recently had a week-long DDoS attack from a small set of IPs at a gig hosting provider. 1000x more traffic than ever! Clearly illegitimate/malicious, the easiest attack ever to detect/mitigate. LW did not detect or protect, just billed me. Disgusted.

I run Claude Code with Qwen3 Coder Flash locally on my MacBook Air. It works offline, zero cloud, zero internet. No limit with all tokens on the house. Not great, not terrible- adequate performance for an on device AI agent chewing through code on a 1.24 kg laptop.

Something that’s pretty awkward is that I IQ tested >200 people for my undergrad thesis and developed an intense special interest in intelligence research following that, so I just think my predictor models of people’s IQs are actually just unusually calibrated. I’m pretty confident that most people just have literally no idea what their IQs are and whatever they self report tells you something about them but very little about their real IQ. It’s quite rare (less so in the Bay Area, but more rare than you’d think) to meet someone that obviously has an IQ >140, and I can count on my hands how many people I know that I actually believe have an IQ >150.
