@AllianzTravelUS -DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY on Allianz. It rejected my valid claim that forced me to cancel our flights to St. Barth because my husband was hospitalized 2 days before our departure date due to a fall, claiming it was preexisting when I bought it long ago

@AmericanAir - Why are you changing the flights from MIA to SJU to fly the 737 MAX on Nov 2, 2019 when the other airlines are not even considering using that aircraft until at least January 2020?

@wegreenberg @AmericanAir 2 hour wait to get AA on phone. Then told it’s not canceled even though pilot came off and told us all it was canceled. Finally they decided to fly it 4 hours later. I was shocked that when we got off, it was continuing on to Houston!

@AmericanAir ...for 2 HRs we were asked to deplane as the pilot was taking the plane out of service. I was then placed on standby on the 10:29am flight, only to board the plane and then be asked to deplane again due to weight issues. I'm now on standby again on the 4:44pm flight...

@wegreenberg @AmericanAir We were on that VERY same plane from SJU to MIA yesterday. Delayed due to maintenance then told it was fixed then boarded; then told by pilot to get off, saying, “This plane is not going anywhere.” Everyone got in line to gate agent. No mention of how to get our bags.

@JetBlue Jet blue canceled our flight from SJU to BOS tomorrow, says call them then puts us on hold for + 25 minutes, then disconnected us 4 TIMES, so we have start over. recording says go online to rebook but that is FAKE news. on hold again for at least 10 minutes. Awful
