@SophosHome @SophosSupport There's no error message. As per my original tweet, the USB Accessory pop-up appears very briefly then disappears, and the USB device doesn't connect. Another workaround is to set accessories to connect "Automatically When Unlocked" in System Settings -> Privacy and Security.

FYI @SophosSupport - Sophos Home on M1 Mac Ventura, I couldn't connect USB accessories (SuperDrive, USB Stick, etc). I spotted a very brief "Allow accessory to connect” pop-up which immediately disappeared. Uninstalling/rebooting fixed it. I then reinstalled it continued to work.

Great customer service from @schuh Kingston-upon-Thames. We had a hook break on a boot after a month, I took them to the shop and they replaced them immediately. While delighted with the service I'm hoping they are somehow repaired or recycled rather than thrown out 🤞

@SophosHome @SophosSupport Will do. Update on the problem - reinstalling doesn't seem to have been a long term fix, I'm seeing the problem again.
