@BTCBreadMan Gorgeous land!
Does she have mobility issues that would make the basement difficult? If not now, she might in the future.
Is there any option to adapt on the main level?
Wife and I found an incredible house on 4 acres of land with a 3/4 acre pond. Significant upgrade from our current home/yard.
My mother-in-law who lives with us (for free) wants to veto it because her room would be in the basement. My wife is taking her side.
What do I do now?
@samtripoli No, THIS woman hates accountability. I would never cheat on my husband even if he had said such a thing. I’ve been married over 20 years. He’s my man! ❤️
@blablablank111@lilyally98@AgnesGueco you are the ones assuming that she’s suffering 😭 you don’t have access to her medical charts, you don’t know her, you don’t know anything about her condition other than what it looks like. you have no idea what she is experiencing
@lilyally98 This is wickedness and narcissism.
Does she know that baby is a human being who is now forced to live in that terrible body???
She will never experience a moment of the suffering that child is forced to experience personally yet she thinks she’s a good person.
She is a DEVIL.
@sugabelly@lilyally98 Do you realize that at any point in life you could end up with a disabling injury or condition? Should your life be ended at such a time? No.
@sugabelly@lilyally98 You are so very wrong here. Who are you to judge someone else’s quality of life? By your standards, if there is something visibly different the person doesn’t deserve to live. Where do we draw the line? Who gets to make these decisions? You?? Thankfully not.
@sallybeth0@DavidEdgington@MichelleDLesley Jezebel in Revelation is feminism personified, which is idolatry of the self (spiritual harlotry) and glorifies sexual immorality.
Let me start by saying a) this is not about Joshua, personally, but about the hyper-patriarchy (HP) crowd in general, and b) what I'm about to say is based on my anecdotal experience of what randomly pops up in my feed (because I don't follow any HP people):
Why is it that the only posts I see from the hyper-patriarchy guys are these harsh screeds against women/wives?
Why don't I ever see them admonishing men to stop being selfish (Ep5:22-33), demanding, harsh (Co3:19), and prideful? To live with their wives in an understanding way and show her honor as a fellow heir of the grace of life (1Pe3:7)?
I absolutely agree and teach (women) that wives are to submit to their own husbands according to Scripture. No argument there, whatsoever.
But husbands, because of their position and authority, bear a greater responsibility to lead well and lead like Jesus. And I don't see that as much of a concern in the HP camp. When are they going to get the log out of their own eyes (Mt7:1-5) and start admonishing men to be good husbands?
Democratic U.S. Congressional candidate Esther Kim Varet used IVF to have two children. Then, at 41, she became pregnant naturally.
What did she do? She had an abortion, killing her healthy preborn baby, because she and her husband decided THEY only wanted two kids. She claims a third child would have “overburdened“ their footprint on the world, so she killed her child and tries to justify it by saying she is “saving the planet.”
This is the logic of abortion supporters. Human beings are seen as the problem, and fewer humans are seen as the solution…even when the victim is your own healthy preborn baby.
No more green-washing abortion. Every human life has value, and every preborn baby deserves protection. We will not stop until we end abortion in our lifetime.
@neanderthal_rex@DavidEdgington@MichelleDLesley Jezebel was one person, who was an evil ruler. There are many kings in the Bible who were also evil. Mother of Harlots was also not referring to all women.
@prudencePatri15@AliArthPainter Who are you to decide for someone else if they are thriving?
Pro choice people want to abort disabled babies. I guess they forget that there are no guarantees in life. People can become disabled at all time. Disabled lives matter.
@AliArthPainter This has to stop somewhere...the child can not thrive. Just because you're surviving doesn't mean you're thriving. What's not cruel about birthing a child that can't thrive?
People claim to be pro-choice then judge women for chosing to give birth to a disabled child.
Disability doesn't automatically mean pain and suffering. This girl will do things differently to you. That doesn't mean she can't have a good life.
@agreatdayinnc@laurapatranella@0riettaRose I took her comment to mean expressive and receptive language and not so much about speech. If parents read to their children and speak with them with a rich and engaging vocabulary, that will give them the foundation they need for school.
@laurapatranella@0riettaRose I’m all to aware of speech issues. I believe early intervention can help but ultimately how do we handle a large portion of society that needs extensive extra help in school?
Teacher says students are entering kindergarten already behind & learning should start at home.
Here's what's happening:
A lot of parents think their only responsibility is sending their child to school & the school system itself facilitates that mindset.
@NS_Sparky@TRHLofficial Good for you for owning up to your error. Maybe next time don’t run your mouth off so quickly and call people names. You displayed a great example of stupidity the way you tried to denigrate the people who actually know how to do math.
@TRHLofficial No retard, it'd be 36.
(2+3)²
6² (follow along now) is the SAME AS:
6x6
OR
6+6+6+6+6+6
The answer (the ONLY fucking answer) is 36.
Zero hyperbole, I want these people dead.
@DavidEdgington@MichelleDLesley “Reviling” and “harpies”
Maybe women don’t care about the opinions of men who use these terms when talking about women in general.
Did you notice you respected men by not name calling?
@MichelleDLesley Because there are WAY too many Reviling Wives out there & almost no one has the courage to hold them accountable. Men tend to listen, but harpies double down on being unsubmissive.
