@airalocom why is your support so utterly useless. Any issues when overseas and you are totally useless… my partner has had no service for 3 days despite hours trying to sort and now you’ve cut me off. AVOID AIRALO … USELESS SUPPORT !!!

@virginmedia If I could get another services as fast at virgin broadband at my house I’d change in a flash to @Hyperoptic or similar. What happened to customer service - don’t rely on AI until it actually does the job it’s supposed to!!!

@virginmedia of all the services I use virgin media are by far the very worst at customer service and being able to talk to a human to sort issues. Now been waiting 2 hours on what’s app for a human and time keeps changing.

@easyJet flight ezy8697 - rude staff at gate, no speedy boarding announced and held at gate so couldn’t get through to get bag above seat. Why pay for speedy if you don’t train your staff to enforce it. Please sort!

@SkyBetHelp so signed up for the £30 free bets on a client ent trip to ascot on Sat, nothing came through , did a first bet adding my own cash , still nothing… have the app and gambled some more … still no £30 credit, no contact details & complex interface. Not impressed.
