Instead of reopening old complaints, a new ticket PU13042603506 is created just to reset TAT.
Old complaints PU08042602200, PU06042609675, PU05042606496 still unresolved & wrongly closed.
This is clear manipulation. Reopen old tickets & resolve. #UPPCL

@IRCTCofficial I have booked TATKAL ticket for 2 passengers of family members .In booking one ticket got confirmed and another got TQWL1.If I want to cancel both the tickets will I get full refund for both the tickets or for only waitlisted one. PNR: 8444168709

@Ranjit_Ingale_7 @JioCare @JioCare calling customer care continuously since 28th Jan, and every executive gives a different solution. Some even disconnect the call in the name of forwarding it to a senior.
We use at least 60 corporate SIMs, yet there is no dedicated RM for us. Very disappointing service

@JioCare We are trying to replace damage sim through self portal, but unable to do kyc as not getting URN number through mail or massage. I sent mail regarding this... But not recevied any positive response.. Also trying to contact with RM but don't have any RM for us..
