@IRCTCofficial I have booked TATKAL ticket for 2 passengers of family members .In booking one ticket got confirmed and another got TQWL1.If I want to cancel both the tickets will I get full refund for both the tickets or for only waitlisted one. PNR: 8444168709 @RailMinIndia

@IRCTCofficial @indianrailway__ PNR 2603753696 booked with boarding station as Mathura and Ticket is from Hazrat Nizamuddin to Boriwali. Can we board from Hazrat Nizamuddin as we can not board from Mathura station. Any possibilities to change boarding station from HZNM on 9th Nov

@IRCTCofficial @railwayindia @RailMinIndia My train was from SVDK katra to New Delhi train no 12476 ,PNR no-2214690194 . train departure was delayed by 7 hrs after reaching station it again delayed by 3 hrs. There is no proper response from IRCTC and also from railway about delay

@amazonIN @jagograhakjago ORDER # 171-0895537-5535550 is delivered to me but this is not marked as delivered in amazon. I am following with customer care from last 4-5 days to get it marked so that I can return this product. As delivered product is having some defect.
