De todos os problemas na franquia X-Men após o fim da 1° Era Krakoana, um dos que mais me incomoda é o que fizeram com o Sincro. O Sincro surgiu nos anos 90 e brilhou na Geração X original. Seu poder mutante é copiar as habilidades de outros mutante. Ele sempre teve um enorme potencial. No entanto, ele passou quase três décadas esquecido no Limbo Editorial, até ser resgatado em Krakoa e elevado ao topo: ficou ainda mais poderoso, viveu um romance com a Wolverine (ex-X-23) e chegou até mesmo a liderar os X-Men. Esse destaque era ainda mais importante porque, apesar do protagonismo histórico da Tempestade, os X-Men sempre sofreram com a escassez de personagens negros relevantes. Historicamente, há mais mutantes azuis do que negros na equipe. Sincro era um passo importante pra mudar esse quadro. Mas, após Krakoa, todo esse desenvolvimento foi simplesmente descartado. Em vez de consolidar sua evolução, o personagem foi devolvido ao Limbo Editorial. E quase 2 anos após o fim de Krakoa, ainda está lá. Um vacilo enorme da Marvel.

@theBGCG i tried to tell you… louis is not a big part of “the vampire Lestat” this is entirely Leatat’s story, his origin, and his encounter with those who must not be named… Alasha and Enkil! But you did not want to listen….. this is the lead in to “Queen of the Damned”

Finally finishing up #TheSandman on @NetflixGeeked @netflix and I don’t like how TheCorinthian was evil in the first season and depicted as gay, but then in the second season he’s a good guy and he’s depicted as straight. Whether intentional or not not good messaging.
