@nicolashedger @phpstorm +1 for this. So much time and effort has been put into the new UI changes it seems a waste of space to enforce the main toolbar to show when there are no widgets. Ideally the macOS window controls would sit next to the editor tabs

@phpstorm Well, that's a shame. So much space wasted in an empty title bar. Removing all items should probably not render the default toolbar but display nothing, even if the title bar remains, IMHO. Thanks for taking the time to reply, though.

Am I the only one that can no longer hide the main toolbar in the latest @phpstorm release (2023.2) on macOS ? In the previous version I could remove all items from "Main Toolbar". Now it displays the default toolbar instead.

@JackEllis Would a JWT that contains the site id that only you can decrypt allow you decode/verify signature and match content within the token, without hitting DB?

@timspratt The customer hosts the reverse proxy to bypass adblockers and hits our endpoint, so they can spoof things. Legitimate customers won't but a few people will.

Reverse proxy is easy. But when you have to think about protecting and scaling your endpoint, it's so much harder. I prototyped a reverse proxy for Fathom in an hour. Easy. But then I found a way to DDoS it at scale. That simple task is actually more complex than it seems .

@JackEllis Could your proxy not add a custom header that only you know the header/value?

1) A single server can act as a reverse proxy for millions of users 2) Cloudflare Workers, Lambda, Vercel Workers, etc. can ALSO act as a reverse proxy 3) You can't limit by X-Forwarded-For as it can be spoofed. 4) You can't limit by server IP as it may be shared/re-used RIP.

I'm adding an option to disable highlighting navigation labels. I considered not showing them by default, but I think it would impact people not familiar with the app not being sure what those buttons are doing.

@pie6k Not sure 😅 I see your recording pulses when clicked, I don't see that in the latest release? Maybe the pulse could be a different color, or an icon next to the cursor – probably would look messy? Tricky one as I think certainly on videos with no sound it could be useful!

Quick update everyone. You can now set the currency to None on all of your events and it will hide the "Value" column. Alternatively, if you set the currency to Integer, it will display the value you send us, not divide it by 100. Phase two is our return to dynamic properties 😏

You can now change the currency of your events 🥳 One more thing. The whole "Edit Site" page has been converted to tabs, so it's pretty beautiful right now. This is phase one of our event system upgrade; we have another phase to complete and then it's champagne time 🍾

Thinking it might make sense to add a Blade component for the @inertiajs @laravelphp adapter. While the `@inertia` directive is simple, it makes customizing the root app <div> difficult. Blade components seem like a great solution to this 🤔
