My New Yorker Poetry submission from 2019: "Boat Burning"-excerpt. Homage to "Barn Burning," my favorite Faulkner piece. The rejections were plenty, but shaped what tintaxis is today. A publisher once told me "Releasing your demo in this state was a mistake." We know some things definitely need improvement (we're still in dev!). But instead of letting it collect digital dust waiting for a publisher that might never come, we put it out there. No regrets.

@tomfgoodwin I can see the use of this within an important scene of a book. Writers would benefit from that tactile response and context to what they are reading. Almost a hologram.

The way spatial photos can come alive on your phone I find quite magical I tried to make this a seductive rich ad unit , but not a single digital media owner / publisher replied to me when I tried to bring it to life. Even with keen big advertiser !
