@nullpackets @linkfew @LayerZero_Core It’s marines like you that make a difference at crucial moments like these, making the case for decentralization, pointing out the shenanigans and hypocrisy, etc. Thank you for your work 🙏

Theres 3 groups complaining $LINK marines are grave-dancing on the timeline: - @LayerZero_Core paid shills - crypto thot leaders and "professional" DeFI analysts that missed the LayerZero adhoc problem - crypto thot leaders and "professional" DeFI analysts aligned with VCs its all noise. projects will continue to migrate to the security and reliability of Chainlink. marines were right

"Adhoc LayerZero bridging isn’t uniquely evil, but it is worse than TradFi/web2 equivalents because it combines the worst of both worlds—high interconnectedness plus permissionless speed and immutability—without the institutional safety nets." congratulations DeFI - you recreated TradFI - but worse Just use $LINK

My whole timeline is history dorks claiming a knignt beats a samurai 1v1 and that's just not accurate The samurai defeats the knight and I'll tell you why Knights in the late medieval period with full plate are well-protected but samurai trained in the yabusame tradition with a powerful yumi war bow that could exceed a 120 lb draw, effectively nearly comparable to the longbows wielded by the English in their victory over Frankish knights at the Battle of Agincourt The knight has a lance, a longsword, perhaps a mace. He cant operate a bow and even a crossbow couldnt be reloaded from horseback The samurai will keep a reasonable distance, he will never have to close to engage. His armor is much lighter and his horse is much faster He peppers the knight with arrows hoping to get lucky and pierce a gap at a joint or between plates He is patient. Eventually, whether knight attempts to give chase or not, the knight will tire first in his heavy armor The samurai has all the time in the world The knight cannot eat or drink with his full plate on the samurai is free to eat and drink as is eventually the knight either starves, takes off his helmet or is pierced anyway by the mounted samurai's volleys from his powerful yumi bow The samurai never has to get close, unless the knight is wounded and exhausted and he wants to finish the job You might say "what about honor" Im looking at this scenario purely from a "who would win if both were commanded by their leader to win at any cost" scenario no sane samurai is going toe to toe with a knight... the katana wont penetrate the full plate, whereas the longsword or mace will absolutely destroy the samurai's much weaker armor but like I say if this is a true contest, in open, fair terrain, and both sides are prepared the samurai wins this hands down

“Chainlink's CCIP node operator” You seem confused, do you think CCIP is just one oracle node with one private key? CCIP a collection of multiple decentralized oracle network secured by multiple independent node operators (and thus multiple independent keys) CCIP = secure-by-default + additional optional verification Stargate is literally a 2-of-2 multisig because there are only two private keys Base bridge is CCIP network + Coinbase This isn’t a new design pattern either blog.chain.link/token-develope…

the irony @ChainLinkGod What is CCIP + Coinbase? It's a system where a Chainlink's CCIP node operator and a Coinbase node each independently verify all messages. This is, by definition, a bespoke 2-of-2 multisig verification model for this specific application. They copied the foundational security primitive they criticized

Yes, we are early with RWAs outside stablecoins being in the ~$20Bn range, but it is also inevitable that institutional tokenization across a connected set of chains and existing systems takes hold and reinvents the entire financial system. It is inevitable and will happen slowly and then all at once, just like the internet.

Tokenization is shaping the next evolution of global markets. In @TheEconomist, Larry Fink and Rob Goldstein discuss how tokenization can modernize market infrastructure, enhancing efficiency, transparency, and access by connecting traditional and digital finance. Read more:

@LinkWarLord Good tweet but tough pill to swallow and it sort of applies to Chainlink too (though we have to guess at revenues). This line from the Grayscale report got me. Like, "shit maybe it is fairly valued atm?" Still bullish long term.

This is the main concern for the entire crypto market, it all just got so ahead of it skis and now the prices we anchor in our mind as "Fair" or a mark of success, are based on a time of pure euphoria and disconnect from reality. To get back to them, the fundamental value provided by these apps and networks need to improve dramatically.
Jack@JackMandin

Last month Aave brought in $13.6M in revenue - roughly $163M annualized. With a current market cap of $2.6B, this means AAVE is trading at roughly a 16x multiple of annualized revenues. Publicly traded Neobanks offering comparable services to Aave trade between 5-12x revenue. Aave's multiple has come down as markets have cooled off, but still remains higher than its fintech competitors. Is this the market betting on explosive growth?

In the latest Pulse report, @MessariCrypto dives into Chainlink's evolution from price feeds to a full-stack platform and set of global standards adopted by top institutions and DeFi protocols to support the full lifecycle of tokenized assets. messari.io/report/chainli… "By combining data, compliance, programmability, interoperability, and privacy into a single orchestration layer, Chainlink positions itself as the infrastructure layer for stablecoins, tokenized funds, and other financial applications that require verifiable, compliant, and interoperable infrastructure."

Chainlink isn’t just powering price feeds anymore; it’s becoming the backbone of onchain finance. With $322B+ in tokenized RWAs and major institutions like J.P. Morgan, Fidelity, UBS, and Swift building on its stack, @chainlink is evolving into a full-stack platform for onchain finance.
