@wong_guey @mnolangray why do you think this is a specific issue with Raman? these are systemic issues that every CD fails at. the city is broken. I'm cautious on blaming one individual for a system she didn't ask for or create.

@mnolangray It’s not a one off. Her office has been incompetent on the vaccine checking mandate for small business and the disaster it caused. Construction theft. Vandalism and punitively stoping construction projects she dislikes. I have direct experience with her office on all.
