@Morrisons why have I now been waiting 8 days for you to deal with my refund request for items you have charged for but not delivered? Bad enough that almost all of my items weren’t delivered but to then take my money and not deliver is appalling. Mow waiting for refund!!

@Homebase_uk requested delivery today. Waited in all day. No delivery. No feedback. Just silence oh apart from threatening that I cannot cancel my order!!

@Homebase_uk not impressed that you took my money a week ago for an item to be delivered today. No sign of it being delivered any time too soon. Nobody can give me an update.

@Georgeatasda absolutely disgusted at your customer service today. How can you lose a bed? Leaving a child with nowhere to sleep. Lying about things being in transit then leaving people out of pocket for over a week. You took the money immediately why not refund it quickly!!!

@SECAmbulance 10 hours waiting so far for an ambulance to take a 79 year old woman with breast cancer, weak heart and virtually no mobility to hospital with a infection bad enough to cause dementia like symptoms. Really not impressed.

@virginmedia Yep another hour stuck on the phone trying to speak to a human being rather than a computer and day 7 if no phone which we are still paying for.

@virginmedia Today between 4-7pm. Booked via automated fault line. No call to advise why not turned up.

@JustEatUK now been waiting 1 hour for a courier to pick up my order. No option to cancel my order and at this rate will be going out before it arrives.

@Gatwick_Airport Sadly when they are Charging £35 for a perfume I can buy in Boots, Superdrug and Amazon for less than £25 I won’t be spending my money with them.

@vicky464 Hi Vickie, I'm sorry to hear this, the World Duty-free store regularly carries out comparisons against the High Street Prices and however I'm sure that they are able to offer some great savings in-store. BP

@Gatwick_Airport bit confused as was going to do a reserve and collect of duty free goods but your duty free prices are much more expensive then high street shops. How is this possible?

@O2 unbelievable now been waiting 1 hour and 10 mins so far to cancel my contract. After the previous failed attempts to get through. Funny quick response from customer service wait comes when you don’t want their services!!!

@JustEatUK this is ridiculous. Half hour after placing order you still haven’t got a driver but I cannot cancel my order without being charged. Be quicker to go to the restaurant and pick up the food myself but now am stuck not knowing when food will arrive.
