Dear @TELUS @TELUSsupport I'm on day 4 of failing service on ticket 1159228. More issues now cropping up. TV not working, internet a mess. Your promises have not happened and your callbacks not made. There are other companies that can provide TV Internet and Security to me.

Seems to be the way of the world lately, sigh @TELUSsupport 3h24m most of it on hold trying to resolve a network issue including an un-communicated hour long outage of my service. Why does it take so long to escalate?

Hopefully whomever owns WJ now saw my other message. Hire.Some.People. Long wait times force customers elsewhere (customer service 101). At least when I got someone on the phone (finally) they were *the most awesome* CS person I've dealt with in a long time.

About to make a joke at someone else's expense? Think...wait...think some more...wait some more. Now.....DON'T DO IT! In the game of life, winners build others. I don’t believe I’ve ever seen a joke made at the expense of another person that accomplished what it was intended to do, unless that intent was to shame or anger that other person. If you have to say, “I was only joking/kidding” afterwards, then it should not have been said in the first place.
