Hello sir/ma I am reaching out with a humble request for help. My father is currently very sick and has to undergo kidney dialysis twice every week. The treatment, medications, transportation, and hospital expenses have become very difficult for our family to manage. We are doing everything we can, but we urgently need support whether financial assistance, prayers, or sharing this message with others who may be willing to help. Any amount or kind gesture will mean a lot to us during this difficult time. May God bless everyone who supports us and keeps my father in their prayers. Thank you so much. 0156706097 gtbank

You guys actually hate big accounts, and this is yet another piece of evidence to back that up. Dr. Pharouk has made similar posts in the past, and instead of doing your own research or verifying the facts, you immediately came for him. That's gutter behaviour. You owe Dr. Pharouk an apology if you have even an iota of shame left in you.

@Dr_Pharouk , how do you feel right now knowing you copied this tweet from me? You could have simply quoted the original tweet, but instead you chose to present the idea as your own. It's disappointing to see smaller creators struggle for visibility while bigger accounts profit from their ideas without giving credit. This is beyond shameful.

Unless she’s your wife, it could only mean one thing… That she’s considers u to have a profound deficiency in cognitive discernment… She thinks you’re perpetually inclined toward decisions that betray an egregious paucity of judicious reasoning and an unfortunate propensity for conduct befitting someone who is wholly unacquainted with the rudimentary principles of prudence… I might be wrong, but we can’t trust these girls my brother

The most challenging part of having a kidney transplant is often not finding a donor or raising money for the surgery itself, but being able to afford the lifelong medications needed after the transplant. I have seen many kidney patients who had successful transplants but later struggled because they could no longer afford their post-transplant medications. If you go on TikTok, you will find countless videos of people sharing these heartbreaking experiences. It is so sad that we do not have a government system that adequately subsidises these life-saving medications. A successful transplant should be the beginning of a new life, not the start of another financial battle. @instablog9ja and @yabaleftonline, these people need help, and the Nigerian government needs to step in. Without access to their post-transplant medications, it is either the transplanted kidney fails or they die from complications. No one should survive a kidney transplant only to lose their life because they cannot afford the medications that keep them alive. @Fmohnigeria
