@ClaudeDevs did you nerf the usage recently? Seems like a couple prompts on Sonnet 4.6 would last forever last week, now it’s gone in an hour.

@ravikiran_dev7 Stripe, too easy to configure, aggregate data, taxes.

@dramaricic @bourneshao Just started Claude code and I love it, haven’t tried codex, is it that much better?
English

@bourneshao Ping me when you test Codex, I was surprised by its capabilities
English

@sickdotdev I’ve seen and heard about codex like 100 times this week, is it actually better or is the machine trying to get me to switch

@money_cruncher Dont have a mortgage, but I imagine the piece of mind of having a house paid off. However, you could just throw the extra you would put into the morgage, into a HYS/stock portfolio and clear more over time.

@myacatt51 @nickgerli1 Nice. My folks were affected by 2008, but I want to buy after the next 2008.
English

@AlexInProd @nickgerli1 Buying at the right time is everything. We were fortunate enough to find a decently priced home after the 2008 real estate crash.

Rental market deflation is spreading across Florida.
In a metro like Cape Coral, apartment rents have been cut 25%.
From a high of $1,695/month in 2022 peak down to $1,272/month.
That's almost back to pre-pandemic norms (within 12%), and a signal that renters in Florida are regaining leverage.
Of course - landlords are not happy, and many are on the verge of default as a result of these rent cuts.
But this how corrections work. And it's great news for renters and first-time buyers in Florida: affordability is being slowly restored.

@JesterJum Let’s say they cut SNAP fully, wouldn’t a grocery store need to raise prices to keep their same revenues? Or would lower demand reduce the price?

@Bitcoin_Teej RobinHood has the best UI and is most entertaining to use. But I don’t trust them with large investments or long-term holdings. Trust was killed during the GME fiasco when I got locked out of my account for a month and not one support call was answered.

Accurate. But it’s worth mentioning that going into the office works for people with great coworkers and/or little social life outside of work. When you have a great coworkers, going into the office is way more fun. People with little/no social life outside of work typically like to go into the office more.
