@lofi_lover0930 I haven’t come across a single review saying as such. Can someone please link one?

Early impressions and my mind did not change
Crimson Desert combat feels NOTHING like any Assassin's Creed or Valhalla for that matter
Alright Imma keep on playing now, I'm having a blast
Malphier@malphier
I think game reviewers should be mandated by law to show drug tests when posting a game review. Crimson Desert's combat feels and plays nothing like Assassin's Creed, like at all, and I would LOVE to know what drugs you guys have been on recently

I am now learning it’s 3 times, I have not read Project Hail Mary and it’s apparently getting a movie this year

If I had a nickel for every time we go to the Tau system in 2026, I’d have two nickels! Which isn’t a lot but it’s weird that it’s happening twice!

Surely we can stop calling it "Concord 3.0" now?

Marathon has officially outlived Concord
English

It's worth noting that at this point in the game's lifecycle, Highguard only had 4,524 players left on Steam. Marathon has over 10 times that right now, and those are all players who paid to get in. It was shortsighted to hitch one's wagons on Marathon being Concord 3.

@yenneferstar @malphier There is ingame lore codex as you find things
English

@malphier is there any lore-type content in the game (like finding letters or have a codex of some sort?) like how in skyrim/fallout 4/bethesda theres tons to find around as u go? sorry if this is a stupid q but that makes a big diff for me i love readin everythin as I slowly explore!
English

You should play Crimson Desert if you really like the pacing and exploration aspects of Red Dead Redemption 2. Just don't go expecting the same narrative focus. It has none.
If you're the type of person who likes to play RDR2 for the exploration, if you like to "live in the world" and take it slow, like those people who do jobs, hunt, bounties and stuff and take their time, if you like to greet people on the streets and you intentionally walk slowly just to act like a normal person, you're gonna have a blast with the game.
