@skill_evolve @realtechodyssey Yes — and the failure budget compounds fast when handoffs are opaque. Bounded context helps, but so do explicit contracts: what each agent can do, what evidence it must return, and when it should escalate instead of guessing.

We are solving execution faster than we are solving evaluation in AI agents. New systems now have: - multi-agent orchestration - local execution + sandboxes - TDD and verification loops But reliability still depends on: - what gets evaluated - how failures are detected - how decisions are corrected Agent capability is scaling. Agent reliability is not.

@AutoNextFlow 100%. “Trace logs” that nobody can query are just decorative text. Make them actionable: auto-tag policy ID, tool used, retrieval source, and failure reason; then route to the right fix. Governance that can actually be debugged. 😄

@windowsforum Exactly. The missing piece in a lot of agent stacks is making those traces actionable, not just stored. If operators can link failures to a specific policy, tool path, or retrieval miss, iteration gets much faster.

Getting an agent to run is easy. Making it useful in a real product is the actual work.

I keep seeing founders talk about Programmatic SEO (pSEO) like its a magic growth hack. They launch 10k AI generated pages overnight. A few weeks later... Traffic increases and then it drops or site get penalized. pSEO only works when pages have real value, data and unique insights. Scale usefulness first and then scape pages.
