I have been sitting with Hebrews 11:10 all week and I cannot get out from under it. Abraham was looking forward to a city with foundations, whose architect and builder is God. This is so explosive to me because I live in Paris, and I have stood in New York. So I know what it feels like to have a city stop you cold. Paris does something to you. The boulevards, the weight of the stone, the light on the Seine in October, centuries of human aesthetic judgment compressed into every street. New York is different but equally staggering. Human ambition forced upward into something that became, against all logic, sublime. But these cities were built primarily by humans and secondarily by God. He created the physical laws that make stone load-bearing. He designed the mind capable of conceiving beauty and executing it across generations. Every boulevard, every skyline, every bridge that ever stopped your breath is the image of God expressing itself through creatures He made and endowed. And then my mind went to Psalm 2. “He who sits enthroned in the heavens laughs”. God looks at Paris, at the Eiffel Tower standing as the pride of a civilisation, at Manhattan lit up at night, at the ancient wonders humans built to chase glory, and He laughs. Not in contempt but in disproportion. The laughter of the master watching his students produce their finest work, knowing with the certainty of infinite creative capacity that they have not yet seen what He can do when He builds something Himself. Humans build cities competitively. Cities are statements. The Eiffel Tower is Paris saying something about France. The Empire State Building is New York saying something about human ambition. Every great city was built to chase glory, to outlast its builder, to make the world acknowledge that something magnificent was made here. God is the master architect. The builder of reality itself. If humans, made in His image, build to chase glory, what does God build when He decides to build for Himself? The city whose architect and builder is God has foundations. Human cities crack, erode, and fall. The foundations God lays are not subject to the physical laws He authored. He is not working within the ecosystem. He is the ecosystem. And when He builds outside it, directly, as craftsman and architect simultaneously, with nothing delegated and nothing held back, the words run out. Revelation 21 tries and visibly strains. A city whose light source is not installed infrastructure but the presence of God Himself. It does not have light the way Paris has light. It is luminous because God is there, and the two things are inseparable. Abraham understood this. He walked through the greatest cities of the ancient world, saw what human civilisation at its peak looked like, and called himself a stranger in all of it. He spent his life looking forward to the one God built Himself. I live in one of the most beautiful cities ever built. Reading Hebrews 11:10 this week I felt, for a moment, exactly what Abraham felt. Like a pilgrim. Like someone passing through something magnificent on the way to something the magnificent thing cannot prepare you for. I too am looking forward to that city. If Paris made me feel this way, I cannot begin to imagine what that city does.

They know what to do, but there's an agent scam network scheme going on at Chelsea that's not being reported yet. They want to eat alone, so it's better that the team keeps downgrading than for other agents to get commission. Neto was signed because of a multi-club discussion with Mendes – absolutely nothing to do with upgrading the first team. They don't want any club legend close to the club for a reason. Observe how Marina & Cech were ousted, then examine how most academy staff either got dismissed or got fed up and resigned. Then you have Joe Shields, whose emergence led to the mass exile of players sighed by Boehly in order to make way for his clients and friends. Story for another day, but we're doomed as far as these men remain at the top.
BAY@bayour20

Let me explain how frustrating BlueCo’s decision-making has been. They refused to pay Olise £220k a week with a £50m transfer fee, yet they went ahead and signed Neto for £60m on £160k wages. They also ignored Kvaratskhelia, who would’ve cost around £70m with wages of about £240k a week, but instead chose to spend a combined £100m on Gittens and Garnacho, whose wages together come to roughly £218k per week. Now here’s the funniest part: Rio could easily have been promised a pathway into the squad as Kvara’s backup, and he probably would’ve accepted that role gladly. Instead, they spent another £6m on Guiu with £50k-a-week wages. That extra £50k could simply have been added to Neto’s salary package, with an even lower transfer fee, and we could’ve had Olise as our RW. Just imagine a frontline of Olise, Palmer, and Kvara, with Rio, Estevao, and Quenda as backups, all while spending less on transfer fees overall. And now they replaced Jackson with Delap, That’s another £30m wasted for absolutely no reason, when we could’ve kept him and have JP/Jackson as our CF options. This is extremely disgraceful…..Like, totally abysmal… A whole football institution as big as Chelsea did this.

Clearlake-Boehly will be a far more sustainable owner than Roman Abramovich, despite the huge volume of trophies won under the latter. The new owners will modernise the club and globalise the brand. They will also restructure the club's recruitment model.

How about a deep dive into the Chelsea accounts? How about posing the right questions? How about reporting from a place of reality and not just covering up a footballing catastrophe with a couple buzzwords? At least we have the internet and public information freely available everyone! Keep doing your own research, it’s clear we have to 👊🏽👍🏽

I no longer believe human reviewers exist at YouTube. Here’s why: An old, inactive channel I hadn’t touched in years was flagged for “inauthentic content” in January. (“AI” didn’t even exist when I uploaded to that channel!) I deleted it because I no longer wanted or needed it. As a direct result, all of my active channels were demonetized — not for any violation on those channels, but solely for “association” with the deleted one. It’s now been 92 days. I’ve received zero human review, only repeated AI denials. The system now says my channels can’t be monetized until the deleted channel is “admitted” back into the YouTube Partner Program. That’s impossible. A deleted channel cannot be reinstated or monetized. This is a permanent block caused by a clear error. A human reviewer using basic common sense could fix this in minutes. If human reviewers truly exist, please have one review my case. @TeamYouTube @YouTubeCreators

Public records from the FA website show that Emeka Obasi was appointed to represent the club in this transaction. Separately, Obasi has acted as an agent for Gittens, Sancho, Lavia, etc. & previously worked at Crystal Palace during the same period as the director Joe Shields.

✍️ 'Chelsea purport to be going through a spell of “self-reflection” in the aftermath of Liam Rosenior’s sacking just 106 days into a 5½-year deal. 'It is the type of meaningless transatlantic PR speak on brand with this American-led omnishambles, demonstrating how the club has spiralled into discord just 10 months on from their cherished Club World Cup triumph. I put on my fraud detection hat whenever I see a 22 year old Tech bro who supposedly dropped out of college to fund an AI startup. In this case, what I found about this Kled guy is incredibly disturbing. K5 Global is Kled’s lead investor. K5 Global is a firm that frequently invests alongside the Palantir and Thiel network. Another Kled backer, Aglaé Ventures, owned by Bernard Arnault, has a massive AI portfolio that intersects with the same labs that Palantir’s AIP integrates with. Basically, Kled is the Data Harvester for Palantir. Their job is to mobilize hundreds of thousands of gig workers, mostly from the Global South, to upload personal photos, videos, and documents. They convert raw human life into a machine readable product. Their clients like Palantir act as the Data Refinery. Palantir’s software, specifically Foundry and AIP, is designed to take that data and make it actionable for governments and corporations to put into global surveillance and military use. We can safely conclude that this Kled guy and other similar AI startups harvesting user data are human meat shields. They are specifically set up and funded to do the dirty work for Silicon Valley tech empires. Understand that these Large AI labs are currently being sued by artists, writers, and publishers for stealing data through web scraping. To win these court cases, OpenAI and Palantir need to prove they have clean, consented data. Buying a dataset from Kled, where every user signed a 50 page digital consent form in exchange for $20, gives these billion dollar tech companies a free pass. Also, imagine if Palantir, a company already criticized for government surveillance and US military war campaigns, offered to pay people in developing countries to film their living rooms and daily activities. It would look like a global surveillance network. By using Kled as a middleman, they get the same data but keep their hands clean in the public eye. Even though we cannot verify his claim of Nigerians defrauding his company, what we can verify is that he is an industry plant. He is set up to allow AI data labs to continue harvesting user data for global surveillance and military use.
Avi Patel@avipat_

We have removed Kled from the Nigerian app store and IP banned the entire region. The first thing I would like to say is I have nothing against Nigeria. I have a ton of friends from this region and these were some of our earliest app adopters. Genuinely, thank you all for the support. Kled has been up and running and out of beta for 4 months now. We have paid out hundreds of thousands of people for their data, and our users have uploaded over 1 billion assets onto our platform. After several months of uploads we found that Nigeria had a ≈95% fraud rate. Instead of real, usable data, users were uploading pictures of black screens, duplicate photos, internet generated images, AI generated images, etc. at an unimaginable scale. In comparison, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines have a less than 10% fraud rate across 10x the userbase size. Our fraud system is fast to catch these issues but the level of complexity of these schemes is getting out of hand. This weekend we were flooded with thousands of fake Japanese passports and identity cards with Nigerians photoshopped onto them in our KYC system. That was the final straw. As a startup we can't afford to eat the costs of that data overhead, so we temporarily removed the app from the region while we improved our fraud detection and banning system to quickly filter out bad actors when the time is right. On top of all of this, every time we make a post there is someone asking us to bring the region back within seconds. We hear you, but it's gotten out of hand. We've made this decision with great care. We love everyone who has genuinely supported Kled from Nigeria, and we hope to return when the time is right. -Kled Team
