Here's are my ongoing project : 👉First paying client: a restaurant ordered a huge backoffice with AI management tools and analytics . 🔥 Des ingénieurs d'Anthropic viennent d'avouer qu'ils travaillent sur le problème des limites d'utilisation. Ça fait une semaine et demie que les utilisateurs de Max se plaignent de quotas qui fondent en une heure. Toujours aucune communication sur le compte officielle.

@AzizBuilds Solid question! I think a hybrid approach works best - client work funds the build, but keep the SaaS as the long-term play. The indie hacker path is slower but more fulfilling 🚀

As solo founder how do you deal with loneliness?

I've seen a lot of "playbooks" on how to grow followers and impressions, but I hate those methods. Basically, spamming a lot and adding people for follow back. I tried to simply engage with people and here are my results after one month. What do you guys think?

@AzizBuilds Sharing publicly forces accountability but also invites copycats. Most ideas aren’t worth protecting though, execution is what matters.
