@WTrognitz @AlliAlliG Did u just compare the game & today's athletes to the early 1900's u do research, the avg Fastball was in the high 80's mph back then its 95mph now more wear & tear on athletes now its the whole reason y this is a discussion. Saying they did it back then is the dumbest comparison

@CNote_100RR @AlliAlliG Gonna say this respectfully: do some research. From 1900 to the 1960s games were played in 2 hours or less. They only got to 3 hours in late 1990s. Pitchers in both leagues hit until 1973, when games averaged 2.5 hrs. So no, they didn't have "more time".

@itmeolliev @AlliAlliG I know every rule, but If you can't comprehend what I'm saying from a social media platform with character limits then that's a YOU problem, whether its pitch clock, intentional walks, warming up, etc. All those were changed (time wise) to speed up the game.

@itmeolliev @AlliAlliG u do realize there's a strict 2min warm up time between innings outside of the Ohtani rule & prior to the pitch clock era it was 2:30 - 2:45 min between innings. Kind of cute that u thought u had a gotcha moment on me. Too bad I've actually played the game & know these things

@CNote_100RR @AlliAlliG The pitch clock has nothing to do with warming up between innings. You really posted all that, called her stupid, and COMPLETELY missed the point. Nice work

@mom22lappys @AlliAlliG I'm well aware they have a DH, I was responding to the post saying pitchers in the NL hit for over 100 years so my answer was acknowledging they did hit but they didn't have a pitch clock rule which is huge if you're trying to compare eras

@MrPlowSD @Hand02K So why are you complaining? Pitchers actually had more time cause there wasn't a timed pitch clock to help the game move a long then.

@inurhead69 No I don't agree but its your list. Rams history goes back to the 1930's, Leaving players like Elroy Hirsch, Deacon Jones, Kenny Washington, etc. Who had impact on and off the field is a travesty to me.

You get special treatment and still have the nerve to bitch and moan when others point it out. Yea that’s the entire Dodger ecosystem in a nutshell

Sports Media lost it when Jaden Ivey called Pride Nights “unrighteous” & homosexuality a sin, while defending his firing. Now, they’re silent when a married NFL reporter & head coach hold hands & hot tubbing at a private, adults-only resort. No calls for punishment. Hypocrites.

I really want the Dodgers to figure out a way to play Dalton Rushing more He should NOT be traded and he is too good to play every once every 3-4 days. Can he learn 2B, even 3B and Muncy moves back to 2B sometimes and we do some platooning / off days.

Joe Davis just shared a story about Freddie Freeman and Dave Roberts on the broadcast. After Game 7 in Toronto, Roberts found Freeman waiting in his office. “This is yours,” Freeman said, handing him the World Series–winning double play ball.
