More evidence is emerging every week signaling major criminal insurance fraud in gender clinics. Great work from @HiKidHey and @MorrellMDmph. This time it's Colorado Children's which appears to be using fraudulent diagnosis codes to conceal thousands of cases of hormone and PB prescriptions in pediatric patients. You can see the image for a simple breakdown but also outlined below... Court docs show in 2024, clinic saw 1,203 pediatric gender patients, 549 on hormones, 260 on blockers. The Stop The Harm database, analyzed data between 2019-2023 and relied on narrow filter using gender diagnosis codes (the only diagnosis codes that are lawful to use) and found a total of 297 gender patients with 240 on hormones AND blockers. The one year total is nearly four times greater than the one year total the clinic reported in the court documents.Worth saying again... ONE year total in court records is 4x greater than FOUR year total found from using strict criteria based on gender-related diagnosis codes. This means there are potentially thousands of cases being hidden! Could they be relying on fraudulent diagnosis codes to avoid public scrutiny and make insurance coverage easier for pediatric patients? I suspect that is exactly what is happening. Remember, people go to prison for crimes much less egregious than this. I am confident the wheels are in motion at the DOJ but we need to start seeing results.

LACOE hosted the first in-person, two-day PRISM Advisory Committee Meeting for partners to review the PRISM program course content for California educators. The California Department of Education (CDE) and LACOE, in partnership with Equality CA Institute along with twenty non-profit organizations including the Trevor Project and Human Rights Campaign Foundation, are developing the project called PRISM: Providing Relevant, Inclusive Support that Matters for LGBTQ+ Students. “As an educator myself, I believe it’s really important that young people and educators have safe spaces,” said California Congressman Robert Garcia. “The PRISM Program is a great opportunity for educators to learn the latest tools and information about how to create safe and affirming spaces on campuses that support all students.” The Los Angeles County Board of Education and LACOE recognize June as LGBTQIA+ Pride Month. As part of our on-going efforts to create more inclusive environments for our LGBTQIA+ students in L.A. County, LACOE is the lead contractor to develop the PRISM online training courses for certificated educators across California. “PRISM will require our leadership, courage and, importantly, the collaboration of all educational partners.
