Residents that had their homes burn down by the Eaton Fire during the Pacific Palisades fires are now receiving water bills from the city One resident hasn’t been there in a year, the property is so burned the meter doesn’t even exist anymore, but they’re getting bills “This is ridiculous. How can they charge us for something that we don't have? We haven't used water in over a year — this is something that is outrageous” “So you don't even have a meter still on this property?” “No, there's nothing. It was, it was right here on the side of the house” Yet they’re being sent bills…..

Bruce Springsteen sang "Streets of Minneapolis" at the flagship "No Kings" protest at the Minnesota State Capitol in Saint Paul on Saturday. "Well, this past winter, federal troops brought death and terror to the streets of Minneapolis; well, they picked the wrong city," Springsteen said before singing about the fatal shootings of Alex Pretti and Renee Good amid Operation Metro Surge in Minnesota earlier this year. The "Born in the U.S.A." singer added, "The power and the solidarity of the people of Minneapolis, of Minnesota, was an inspiration to the entire country. Your strength and your commitment told us that this is still America." bit.ly/3Q7RhOQ 📸: Stephen Maturen/Getty Images

@ConceptualJames It’s worse than it looks. ONE hospital was medicalizing more kids than THE WHOLE STATE OVER five prior YEARS. At just that one Children’s hospital, new numbers are FORTY TIMES higher than their old numbers. 👀 Why were earlier numbers low? Miscoding (fraud) is leading theory.
Travis Morrell, MD MPH@MorrellMDmph

@EithanDHaimMD @HiKidHey *four times higher than the WHOLE STATE over multiple years. Comparing apples to applies, this is 800 kids/year medicated at @ChildrensColo, vs. 21/year—FORTY times higher. Our top Medicaid hospital, @DenverHealthMed may also be >20x higher:

Someone needs to go to prison.
Eithan Haim MD@EithanDHaimMD

More evidence is emerging every week signaling major criminal insurance fraud in gender clinics. Great work from @HiKidHey and @MorrellMDmph. This time it's Colorado Children's which appears to be using fraudulent diagnosis codes to conceal thousands of cases of hormone and PB prescriptions in pediatric patients. You can see the image for a simple breakdown but also outlined below... Court docs show in 2024, clinic saw 1,203 pediatric gender patients, 549 on hormones, 260 on blockers. The Stop The Harm database, analyzed data between 2019-2023 and relied on narrow filter using gender diagnosis codes (the only diagnosis codes that are lawful to use) and found a total of 297 gender patients with 240 on hormones AND blockers. The one year total is nearly four times greater than the one year total the clinic reported in the court documents.Worth saying again... ONE year total in court records is 4x greater than FOUR year total found from using strict criteria based on gender-related diagnosis codes. This means there are potentially thousands of cases being hidden! Could they be relying on fraudulent diagnosis codes to avoid public scrutiny and make insurance coverage easier for pediatric patients? I suspect that is exactly what is happening. Remember, people go to prison for crimes much less egregious than this. I am confident the wheels are in motion at the DOJ but we need to start seeing results.

It’s about time this gets addressed. Women are not collateral damage for an ideology. California democrats have created state sanctioned assault laws on one of the most vulnerable communities and now th federal government is stepping in. Gavin Newsom has allowed for women to be raped .. now we pray there’s consequences

The New Richmond High School, already under fire for a secret policy allowing boys in girls’ bathrooms, is now posting MAPS—for biological girls—to single stalls. These maps are taped to doors outside classrooms and restrooms. Girls who refuse to share private spaces with males are being singled out and humiliated. Well, now parents have more evidence for the @CivilRights and @usedgov !

Watch out for PRISM trainings in schools in CA. More indoctrination and violates religious beliefs.
Adult_Human_Mother💜🤍💛🦕🦖🍳🦒@LydiamamaTerf

I have seen everything single course. They spent millions. They paid Equality California $160,000 a month. They have 20 organizations behind this teacher indoctrination. They made a bill AB5 and an ed code. Judge Benitez has said they now need to include FERPA in the training. PRISM share.google/9xKo7tDLongwyG… PRISM Advisory Committee Gather to Review PRISM Program Course Content Mon Aug 07 15:37:00 PDT 2023 The first in-person, two-day meeting supports on-going efforts to create more inclusive environments for LGBTQIA+ students across California. LACOE hosted the first in-person, two-day PRISM Advisory Committee Meeting for partners to review the PRISM program course content for California educators. The California Department of Education (CDE) and LACOE, in partnership with Equality CA Institute along with twenty non-profit organizations including the Trevor Project and Human Rights Campaign Foundation, are developing the project called PRISM: Providing Relevant, Inclusive Support that Matters for LGBTQ+ Students. “As an educator myself, I believe it’s really important that young people and educators have safe spaces,” said California Congressman Robert Garcia. “The PRISM Program is a great opportunity for educators to learn the latest tools and information about how to create safe and affirming spaces on campuses that support all students.” The Los Angeles County Board of Education and LACOE recognize June as LGBTQIA+ Pride Month. As part of our on-going efforts to create more inclusive environments for our LGBTQIA+ students in L.A. County, LACOE is the lead contractor to develop the PRISM online training courses for certificated educators across California. “PRISM will require our leadership, courage and, importantly, the collaboration of all educational partners. We know LGBTQIA+ students face unique challenges. It is not enough to merely acknowledge their struggles. We must take decisive action to safeguard their emotional and social wellbeing by creating safe and supportive spaces within our education systems,” said the Los Angeles County Superintendents of Schools Dr. Debra Duardo. The two-day meeting was well attended by many state and local dignitaries such as State Superintendent Tony Thurmond, California State Representative Rick Chavez Zbur and Congressman Robert Garcia. Statement regarding Mrs. Carrie Prejean Boller   In recent days, I have become aware of the removal of Mrs. Carrie Prejean Boller from the Presidential Religious Liberty Commission, along with the public accusations that have followed. After reviewing her account and the circumstances surrounding this matter, I believe it is necessary to speak plainly.   Ms. Boller has been treated unjustly.   A Catholic woman, speaking from a well-formed conscience and in fidelity to the teachings of the Church, has been publicly criticized and removed – yet no clear, substantiated reason has been provided. Such a lack of transparency does not serve justice. It damages reputations and undermines trust.   More troubling still is the apparent cause: that she raised legitimate questions about Zionism and defended the simple truth that Catholics are not bound to any political ideology.   Let me be clear.   The Catholic Church does not teach that the modern State of Israel holds a divine mandate that must be supported by all believers. Nor does the Church teach that opposition to political Zionism is inherently antisemitic. These are not doctrines of the Catholic faith.   At the same time, the Church unequivocally rejects all hatred toward the Jewish people. Every human person is to be loved, defended, and treated with dignity. But this truth must not be distorted. To question the policies or actions of a modern nation – any nation – is not hatred. It is a moral responsibility when innocent life is at stake.   We are witnessing great suffering in the Holy Land. Innocent men, women, and children – especially in Gaza – have endured immense devastation. To speak on behalf of human life, wherever it is threatened, is not political extremism. It is fidelity to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.   Mrs. Boller did what many are now afraid to do: she spoke.   She spoke for Catholics who are increasingly pressured to conform to political narratives that do not reflect the fullness of our faith. She spoke to ensure that antisemitism is not wrongly conflated with legitimate moral concern. She spoke for the dignity of all human life – Jew and Palestinian alike.   For this, she has been mischaracterized.   It is especially disheartening when such treatment appears to come, in part, from those within the Church who should be the first to defend the faithful when they speak truthfully and in good conscience. Shepherds are called to protect, not to abandon; to clarify, not to confuse; to stand with the sheep, especially when they are under attack.   Silence in the face of injustice is not prudence. It is a failure of charity and truth. Therefore, I express my support for Mrs. Carrie Prejean Boller.   I affirm her right, as a Catholic and as an American, to speak clearly about matters of faith, morality, and public life without being unjustly labeled or removed without explanation. I also call for greater clarity and fairness from those responsible for her removal, so that truth – not speculation – may prevail.   This moment calls for courage.   Not political courage, but Christian courage – the kind that stands firmly in truth while remaining rooted in charity. We must reject hatred in all its forms, but we must also reject the misuse of that charge to silence those who speak in defense of life and moral truth.   Let us pray for peace in the Holy Land – for Jews, for Palestinians, and for all who suffer. And let us pray for the Church, that she may always speak with clarity, charity, and unwavering fidelity to Jesus Christ, who is the Truth.   In Christ, Bishop Joseph E. Strickland
