lately thinking about companies by ambition and craft some have taste without chasing scale (local cafe). some are optimisation machines. most are in the default zone the rarer type is high craft + high ambition, where taste and growth reinforce each other who belongs there?

If you're reaching out to a local biz with a @Yelp page, there's no excuse not to get a reply. Their customers tell you whats broken (long wait times, rude baristas) And addressing solutions to those pain points in emails is a good way in. Sending an email like: "saw 14 of your recent reviews mention long wait times" Hits different than: "we sell software that lets customers order faster" Clay's Yelp Action lets you show up with their own customers' words.
