Life can be a lot my dear
As a guy who's still growing, one important thing you need to focus on is your mindset.
As simple as it sounds, it is the seat of your decisions, character, ambitions and actions... Conquer your mind and every other thing will be easy.

When people ask me about community building, they usually expect some secret growth hack or strategy.
But honestly, most of the work happens behind the scenes.
It’s the systems and tools you use every day that keep your community running smoothly.
For me, these are some of the things I rely on:
➙ Telegram and Discord as the main community hubs, with bots to handle welcomes, moderation, verification, and other repetitive tasks.
➙ Notion and Google Docs to plan content, track community activities, campaigns, and keep everything organized.
➙ Google Forms for collecting feedback, event registrations, and applications instead of trying to manage everything in chat.
➙ Community analytics to monitor engagement, member retention, active hours, and understand what’s working.
I also like creating simple routines that members can look forward to. Weekly check-ins, community games, member spotlights, feedback sessions, and discussion threads/questions. Those little things keep people involved.
One thing I learned from a previous project is that having the right platforms isn’t enough.
We had Telegram, Discord, and everything else, but there was no proper system for collecting feedback. Ideas got buried, questions were repeated, and nothing was easy to track.
Since then, I’ve made it a habit to keep everything organized in one place. It saves time, keeps the team aligned, and makes members feel like their input matters.
At the end of the day, tools don’t build communities.
Good systems do.
