@JakeParkerLIVE Honestly the two points can kind of be summed down to the financial and resource waste of micro transactions!

I hate the reality of this turns out to be true, but arguably the 2 biggest contributors to studio decline and game instability is 1) excessive developer costs and 2) internal operational inefficiency. The honest truth is that Bungie has been too severely overbloated and riddled with operational worry for the longest time. They produce incredible games, but the extreme overhead has made break-even margins and profits way too extreme to sustain which created heavy emphasis on over-monetization. Games costing hundreds of millions to develop over way too many years simply doesn’t sustain anymore. Bungie players are so passionate about seeing the golden age of Bungie return, but to do so Bungie has to reestablish itself internally, lean personnel to be properly sustainable short and long term, and create rock-solid game scopes that are extremely attainable and account for all time and cost down the road. I believe in Bungie.

It's hard to accept, but destiny 3 is not going to happen. Bungie is officially done and Sony will most likely keep them in the back of the production line, only to try and save what money they wasted, by buying Bungie in the first place. It was a fun ride!!
