This is our why. Carissa Aspnes was riding on the back of a motorcycle when she was hit by an unlicensed and uninsured illegal alien who cut across three lanes of traffic. Carissa was thrown into a concrete barrier and, despite being helmeted and in full protective gear, she suffered a traumatic brain injury, fractures of her leg, arm, and face, and numerous other injuries.

HERE ARE THE RECEIPTS: As we said Sunny Naqvi entered the CBP area at 10:21 am. Surveillance footage from O’Hare CLEARLY shows her entering secondary inspection at 10:46 a.m., and leaving secondary to the public area at 11:42 a.m. Her claims of spending 43 hours in DHS custody are FALSE.

Under @GovernorVA, Virginia is a HOTBED for illegal alien crime. The latest incident in a string of crimes occurred Sunday when a Guatemalan illegal alien attempted to RAPE a woman in Arlington, Virginia. Despite having at least 25 PRIOR CHARGES, Virginia sanctuary politicians allowed this monster to roam free. Governor Spanberger must NOT RELEASE this predator and work with DHS to get criminals like him OUT of our country.

BREAKING: DHS confirms that the suspect arrested for attempting to rape a woman while she was waiting for a rideshare in Arlington County, VA is a Guatemalan illegal alien who entered the US as a gotaway & has at least 25 prior charges in the county going back to 2020. Police in Arlington County arrested 28-year-old Luzvin Orvando Garcia Moran for the attempted rape after they say he approached the woman early Sunday morning while she was waiting to be picked up, then shoved her against a wall where he physically and sexually assaulted her until two good Samaritans intervened. DHS says his prior charges in Arlington County include nine counts of being intoxicated in public, assault and battery, disorderly conduct, attempting to disarm a law enforcement officer, and several probation violations. DHS statement: “Virginia's sanctuary policies allowed this illegal alien to go on a crime spree,” said Acting DHS Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis. “Despite prior arrests by law enforcement, this criminal was released from jail multiple times before he went on to commit this attempted heinous rape. We are calling on Arlington County sanctuary politicians and Governor Abigail Spanberger to commit to not releasing this criminal from jail back into our communities. How many more times must they release criminals into our neighborhoods to create more innocent victims?”

Marie-Therese Helene Ross, entered the country in June 2025 under the Visa Waiver Program, which permitted her to remain in the country for 90 days. SEVEN MONTHS later, she is still illegally in the United States. We encourage all illegal aliens to take control of their departure with the CBP Home App. The United States is offering illegal aliens $2,600 and a free flight to self-deport now. If not, you will be arrested and deported without a chance to return.

Luzvin Orvando Garcia Moran, a criminal illegal alien from Guatemala, approached his victim on the early morning of April 12. When she walked away, Moran followed her and violently shoved her against a wall and physically and attempted to rape her. The victim fought back and broke free, but Moran continued to chase after her to further assault her. Moran has at least 25 prior charges dating back to 2020, including nine counts of being intoxicated in public, assault and battery, disorderly conduct, attempting to disarm a law enforcement officer, and several probation violations.   Virginia's sanctuary policies allowed this illegal alien to go on a crime spree. Governor Spanberger and Virginia politicians must work with us to ensure this monster is NEVER released back into the commonwealth’s neighborhoods.
